This project is a 280m² new build, with an Ochsner ground source heat pump, using a total of 600m ground loop pipe in five 60m trenches at a depth of 1.2m deep.

The heating is conventional underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators on the 1st floor.

There is also an Ochsner Mini Europa DHW heat recovery heat pump to assist with the hot water, along with 4kw of Solar PV.
