Project Details: This 150m² new build was completed in 2016. It is heated by an OCHSNER GMSW 10 Plus ground source heat pump with underfloor heating on the ground floor and oversized radiators on the first floor. The energy for the heat pump is provided by ground loops with 600m of 32mm MDPE installed in trenches 1.2m deep.

The heating is fed from a 300l OCHSNER buffer tank with the domestic hot water provided by a Dimplex Ec-Eau ECS300HP cylinder.

Also connected to the heat pump is OCHSNER’S touchscreen controller with integrated web2com server.
