This is a 225m2 new build with an Ochsner GMSW10 ground source heat pump and an 800L Ochsner unifresh tank which also serves as a buffer tank for the heating.

There is 720m of collector pipe laid in six trenches 60m long at a depth of i.2m.

The heating for the ground floor is conventional underfloor heating in a screed whilst the 1st floor has the Me8nder low profile mat system.
